In this section you will find sample statements of claim for debt recovery to be filed with the Turan International Arbitration Centre. They will help you draft the claim correctly, provide the details of the parties and the substance of the dispute, and collect the necessary documents.

A claim may be filed with the arbitration centre only if your contract contains an arbitration clause referring disputes to the Turan Centre. Attach to the application a copy of the contract, documents evidencing the debt (statements, invoices, correspondence), a calculation of the amount owed and a receipt confirming payment of the arbitration fee, as well as copies of all documents for the respondent.
